AI is changing how fast we can respond. It hasn't changed who customers remember.

That's the belief behind something new we're launching: the Humans of CX Awards, Kustomer's recognition platform for the CX, CS, and support professionals who turn everyday interactions into real loyalty.

No nomination form can fully capture what these people do. But we'd like to try.
