Hi John,

Tomorrow at 3 PM CEST, I will deliberately let the build fail.

I am going to build a product live from a blank spec file. About 30 minutes in, I will hit an ambiguity I left in on purpose, then walk through which line in the spec would have caught it.

The spec is the whole idea. Instead of prompting an agent and correcting it through three rounds of back-and-forth, you write a structured document that maps every decision and edge case before a line of code gets written. The agent builds from that in one pass. When I break it on purpose, you see exactly what the format protects against and what happens when you skip that step.

That's tomorrow. Two hours, free, with 45 minutes of Q&A at the end.
