Here's the main course! Your CRM has a new look, part of our push to make it simpler and easier to use, and saved views are the star, putting your most-used lists one click away. Then I'll tell you about CallPal, a new calling partner for anyone who spends a lot of the week on the phone. πŸ—‚οΈ A Simpler CRM, Starring Saved Views A Less Annoying CRM contact list with saved views pinned as tabs across the top: All contacts, No task assigned, and Assigned to me, next to an + Add view button A peek at Tyler's walkthrough: saved views pinned as tabs, with + Add view to make your own This year our main focus is making the CRM more intuitive and easier to use, rather than adding more to it, and all of these changes came out of your feedback. We've been turning these updates on account by account. If yours is one of them, you got an email from us when they arrived and this will all look familiar. If not, they're on the way soon, and here's what to expect: πŸ—‚οΈ Saved views: take any mix of filters and sorting, name it, and pin it as a tab. Click + Add view at the top of your contacts, companies, or pipeline reports to make one, and one click brings it back any time. (Step-by-step directions here.) πŸ“‹ Board view is now the default for pipelines: it breaks your pipeline down by status so you can see where everything stands at a glance. List view is still there as a saved view, and you can drag it to the front if you'd rather open to that. 🏷️ The Contacts tab is now CRM: contacts, companies, and pipelines all live there together, and activity and task reports moved over to Workspace. πŸ‘₯ Contacts and companies each get their own list: two clear lists, so it's obvious which one you're looking at. If you work with companies more than contacts, you can reorder them on the customize your CRM page. πŸ”Ž Filters live at the top of the page: they sit right above your list, visible while you work.
