Pulse Uploads

Pulse can now read & use uploaded files. Drop a transcript, a PDF, a deck, or the workshop recordings you've been sitting on, and Pulse uses them to build a course, lesson, or curriculum from there. Most useful for builders going from "I have 8 hours of recorded calls" to "I have a real product" in an afternoon.

Migrate your paying members in 5 minutes

Subscription Importer

Moving from Circle, Kajabi, Mighty, Substack, or anywhere else Stripe-powered? Your active subscriptions come with you. No double-charging, no re-subscribing, no coordinating 200 manual transitions.

Visit Settings → Import Subscriptions, upload your Stripe export, and map each price group to a Heartbeat offer. Members skip checkout on sign-up & go straight to onboarding.

This currently only works when importing from other platforms using Stripe.

Translate your community experience in 6 languages

Multi-Language Support

Heartbeat now speaks Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, & German alongside English. Every member-facing surface (buttons, emails, notifications, checkout, courses, events, search) renders in your community's language. Set it once in General Settings. New visitors who haven't joined yet see their browser language automatically.

Note: Admin dashboard is still in English; member experience is fully translated

Edit sidebar items without opening Settings. Hover any item in your left sidebar (Feed, Courses, Events, Docs, Matchups, or any custom link), click the three-dot menu, and rename, edit access, or configure it right there.

Edit DMs & chat messages after sending. Fix typos without the awkward follow-up. Works on desktop today.

Rule-based DM controls. Set rules for who can DM whom — free vs. paid members, members vs. admins, segment by segment. Cuts moderation load on bigger communities. (Grow Tier)

Promo codes can now be applied to waitlists, not just offers.

"Read more" labels on long mobile posts. Long posts on mobile show a clear "Read more" link instead of a quiet ellipsis.

Quick fixes

European payment methods (iDEAL, SEPA, Bancontact, Revolut Pay) show up at checkout when enabled in Stripe.

Code of Conduct iframes now render embedded content (PDFs, images, files) inside the modal during onboarding.

Promo codes from URL params now show as active in checkout, not just as a hidden discount.

Duplicating an inactive promo code now produces an active code, ready to publish.

Mobile member bios show the full text on profile screens instead of being truncated.
