75% of shoppers say putting an estimated delivery date on the product page or in the cart positively influences whether they buy. Now you can show one on your own product pages and in the cart with the new Estimate API.

With Estimate, you can:

Increase add to cart rate - Show the delivery date right on the product page, so shoppers can see it arrives in time for the birthday, the game, or the trip.

Close more sales at checkout - Put a real date next to each shipping speed and price, so shoppers can pick the one that fits.

Stop overpaying for speed - Once the order comes in, find the cheapest service level that still meets the date you promised. 85% of Shippo merchants had at least one order that could have cost less to ship and arrived just as soon: 22% cheaper on average, or $5.26 less per label.

Estimate is trained on real delivery outcomes across millions of shipments, not carrier-stated transit times. Nine times out of ten, the package arrives on or before the estimated date.

Getting it live isn't a big lift. We have everything your developer needs to connect Estimate to your product pages and checkout in a single sprint, including ready-made SDKs and an interactive explorer to try requests first.

Peak is when delivery uncertainty costs you the most. Get the date on your pages before it starts. The API is $0.03 per call, with no monthly minimums, so you can start small and scale as it works.

P.S. No developer resources right now? On the Pro Plan you'll still see Estimate delivery dates next to your rates every time you buy a label, so you stop paying for speed you don't need. The API is what lets you show those dates to your shoppers, on your product page and at checkout.
