Part 1. September 15, 10 AM PST. Know Your Numbers.

Finding and understanding the four numbers that tell you how your business is really doing: monthly burn, break-even point, cash runway, and your effective hourly rate. We'll also cover the three financial statements and why a profitable month and a safe cash position aren't the same thing. You'll leave with a 15-minute weekly habit for staying on top of your finances.

Part 2. September 29, 10 AM PST. Use Your Numbers.

Turning those numbers into everyday decisions: when to hire, how to price, how to plan runway. We'll also cover the early signals your finances send before something becomes a real problem. You'll leave with a 90-day plan you can act on.

Both sessions are live and run an hour. Free to attend, and no finance background needed.
