Workflows API

The Workflows API is now fully available. You can now generate, manage and update full Workflows for your entire company from scratch.

It's incredibly powerful, I don't think anything like this is available anywhere else.

Here are a few examples you can pass your fav agent:

"Audit my existing Workflows, where am I making a mistake in filtering or content?"

"What small changes could I make that would have a big impact on the revenue of my company with Workflows?"

"I want to double my conversion rate from free to paid, generate a new Workflow with 3 experiment branches vs a single control that tests different tactics."

Official Claude Connector

The Workflows API (and the rest of the platform) is now available through the Claude connector via MCP. You can also access the connector from the icon in the editor’s top-right corner.

Almost anything you can do in the UI you can now do inside of Claude, officially. Other platforms connectors are coming soon with ChatGPT/Codex next on the list.

Conditional sections

Sections can now be shown or hidden using a contact property, event property, or transactional data variable.

That means you can use one email for data-heavy weekly rollups:

include usage stats only when there was activity

add plan-specific guidance

show an event summary when one exists

leave out blocks that would otherwise be empty

Pick the condition and value in the style panel, then preview the result in Loops. Filters include equals, contains, greater than, and is empty.

Improvement

Revision-safe editing for Workflows

Collisions, I hardly knew you. Every write now includes the revision you last read. If somebody changed the Workflow after that, Loops rejects the stale write instead of silently replacing their work.

This makes human <> agent handoff seamless, but also means you can work on the same workflow with your coworkers.

JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, and Go SDKs have been refreshed for the new API endpoints

Connect Polar to Loops with the new integration

In one test, the Audience page loaded in 0.2 seconds, down from 1.7 seconds

Set background, border radius, padding, and vertical alignment on individual email columns
