involve me helps you turn visitors into qualified leads & future customers. Send each submission to your CRM or email tool, tag contacts for the right campaign, and trigger follow-ups based on outcomes, answers and scores. Connect once, then watch your pipeline move.

Regardless of whether this is your first time setting up an integration or if you're a more experienced user, it is always a good idea to check our guides to ensure everything is set up correctly.

1. Create a connection

Go to the integrations tab in your account and connect your tool, for example HubSpot, Google Sheets, Zapier, or a custom Webhook.

2. Attach it to your funnel

In your dashboard, open the menu on the funnel card and select Connect. Choose the integration you set up.

3. Map fields and options

Match involve me fields to your destination fields, for example email, name, scores, consent. Save your settings.

Pro tip: If you need GDPR consent, add an Opt in checkbox to your funnel and map it to your tool. You can set up the integration to only trigger if user consent is given.

4. Test before you go live

Complete a test submission, open Analytics, then Responses, and check the Integrations panel for a "Successful" status.

Link your CRM or ESP and map the key fields you collect: like email, score, or outcome. Create one automation that triggers on new submissions and watch leads flow to the right place without manual work.
