Delicate flows aren't always tied to one URL, so a well-intended Tour can still turn into a badly timed interruption. Define an Element Exclusion Rule instead, and Chameleon prevents anything from showing when it detects that element on the page. Set it once and it applies account-wide, to every Experience you have now and every one you build later.

Ranger helps fix broken audiences

A Segment that matched your enterprise users six months ago might match nobody today. Ranger's newest job scans every filter condition, flags anything stale or matching zero users, and tells you how many live Experiences are affected. Fix it, or hand it to Copilot and it looks for the right attribute.

🛠️ Debug without the console: open the new Debugger from the Chrome Extension and fix display issues or test Experiences.

🖱️ Clickable Banners: the whole Banner is now the click target, not just a button, making it easier for your users to get where they need to go.

🎯 Custom Triggers: now available for Tooltips, Embeddables, and Launchers too, so you can better match your guidance with the user intent.

👥 Copilot breaks down Microsurvey responses: ask "which users were detractors" or "show me responses from [company]" and it will return a list of names instead of aggregate results.

🔎 HelpBar: got its own Activity tab, plus you can also scope Help Scout search results to a single collection instead of everything at once.
