Kai is designed to help you find the information you’re looking for in the easiest way possible.

Try Kai:

The next time you have a question, create a question in Tettra.

Kai will pop up and ask, “Should I try to answer this?”

Click “Ask Kai.”

It will search your entire knowledge base to provide the answer.

5. Good answer? Click “Mark Answer” to create it as an official answer. But if you think Kai is wrong, mark the answer provided by a team member as the correct answer.

Right or wrong, Kai will learn from your feedback to provide more accurate answers in the future.
