We’ve made some improvements to the

OneSignal Free plan to give you more flexibility while ensuring we can continue investing in the features you rely on.

Here's what's changing:

Access to 3 Journeys and unlimited step counts to create more personalized customer experiences

An increase from 2 to 6 Data Tags to better segment your audience and deliver more targeted messaging

Improvements with OneSignal AI and MCP to optimize workflows

Along with these improvements, there is now an MAU limit on the free plan. Organizations with less than 1,000 mobile push MAU can send unlimited push notifications.

If your organization is approaching or exceeds this new MAU limit, explore a paid plan to find the best fit for your business.
