Hey there,

We’re seeing more demand for coaches from OpenAI and Anthropic than we can keep up with, and we need your help!

If you know someone from OpenAI or Anthropic who’d like to do coaching with us, please refer them. If they get successfully onboarded for dedicated coaching, you get $10k!

To make the referral, please intro them to us via email: interviewers@interviewing.io (and obviously include them on the email).

Why would someone want to do this? For many engineers, interviewing at the labs feels like a black box. Peeling back the curtain on what to expect and getting useful feedback and a sense of where the bar is at these companies can be life-changing. (I know that sounds cliché, but we have enough success stories now to melt even my cold black heart.)
