Hi John,

As Susie’s automation in Userlist grew, she noticed a familiar problem: the same pieces of content appeared in many emails. Updating them everywhere would quickly become messy.

So Susie started using snippets.

She saved reusable pieces like her greeting line, trial expiration notice, key feature explanations, and signature blocks — then inserted them into multiple emails. Now, when something changes, she updates it once, and it updates everywhere automatically.

To insert a snippet into her email, she would simply type a double curly brace, and select the right block:

Her emails became easier to manage, more consistent, and much faster to maintain.

Next, Susie will give users more control by letting them choose what emails they actually want to receive.
