Set it up in three steps

In your funnel, open Configure, click Emails and enable Send custom email to participants.

Optionally, toggle on Send different emails for each outcome.

Write a short message with one clear next step, then save.

Pro tip: Build instant follow-ups, reminders, drip emails, and conditional email sequences using our email automation tool. You can access it from the main menu. This way, you can stay on their minds and guide users to the next step.
