Baserow 2.2 is now live.

If you’ve been looking for a faster way to build applications on top of your Baserow data, share data with access limited to specific rows and fields, or let others update rows through a link — this release makes those parts easier.

Here's what's new:

Build apps with AI without starting from scratch

Build advanced logic across Apps, Automations & AI fields

Turn an idea into a working app in minutes.

Describe what you need, and Kuma generates the pages, data, and layout for you — so you can start with a working app and refine it.

For example, set up a CRM, task tracker, or internal dashboard without building it manually.

Restrict access to rows and fields with view-level permissions

Build advanced logic across Apps, Automations & AI fields

You can now control access at the view level using restricted views.

Limit which rows and fields users can see, and assign roles per view — without exposing the rest of your table or creating separate setups.
