An Enterprise plan is a $499 a month platform fee plus the emails and AI credits you pick, and any add-ons. The smallest plan comes to $999 a month: the platform fee, 250,000 emails ($270) and 25,000 AI credits ($230). Billed monthly, with no annual commitment, and confirmed on a call before anything is billed.

A new email uses about 100 credits; edits, audits and images usually use less. Importing and exporting designs is free.

Every Enterprise plan comes with:

- **Dedicated support**: A named account manager and a shared Slack channel with answers within 48 hours. Response times and an uptime target are written into your contract.
- **Team controls**: Choose which brands each teammate can reach, approve emails from Slack, and give developers API and MCP keys scoped to one brand.
- **Unlimited brands**: As many brands, sending domains and team members as you need.
- **Data privacy**: A signed DPA, deletion on request, and your data is never used to train AI models.

### How is Enterprise priced?

A $499 a month platform fee covers dedicated support, team controls, unlimited brands and data privacy. On top of it you pick your AI credits and emails: 25,000, 50,000 or 100,000 credits, and from 250,000 to 10 million emails, with larger volumes priced on a call. The smallest plan comes to $999 a month. Every tier costs less per credit and per email than our self-serve plans, and the more you take, the more you save. Migration support ($999 a month) and managed lifecycle ($2,999 a month) are optional add-ons. We confirm your plan on a call before anything is billed.

### What does each Enterprise tier cost?

Emails a month: 250,000 for $270, 500,000 for $530, 1 million for $1,025, 2.5 million for $2,425, 5 million for $4,730 and 10 million for $9,300, with more than 10 million priced on a call. AI credits a month: 25,000 for $230, 50,000 for $455 and 100,000 for $875. Add the $499 a month platform fee and any add-ons for your monthly total. Each email tier costs 13% to 25% less per email than Pro, and the bigger the tier, the bigger the saving.

### What do 25,000 AI credits get me?

Enough to design about 250 new emails a month. An email costs what the AI actually uses, about 100 credits for a new one. Editing an email, auditing it, previewing it across inboxes or making an image usually uses much less. Importing your existing HTML, MJML, React Email or Figma designs is free, and so is exporting.

### What if we send more emails than our tier?

Your emails keep sending. Each email over your tier is $0.00125 ($1.25 per 1,000), added to your next invoice. If you go over most months, a bigger tier costs less.

### When are Growth or Pro enough?

When someone on your team will set up and run email, and you send up to 200,000 emails a month. Growth and Pro have every feature, with support by chat and email. Enterprise is for teams that send more, want a named account manager and hands-on help, or need a signed DPA and contract terms before they sign.

### What does dedicated support include?

A named account manager who knows your setup, and a shared Slack channel with your team where we answer within 48 hours. They give you hands-on help as your program grows, from new flows and audiences to deliverability. It comes with every Enterprise plan, with response times and an uptime target written into your contract.

### What is managed lifecycle?

We run your email program for you. We work out the strategy, map your personas and cohorts, write and build every email and flow, run monthly experiments, and send you a written results note. Ask for a new email on any weekday and it is ready within 48 hours. It is $2,999 a month on top of your plan, less than hiring a lifecycle marketer, and it is for teams that do not have one. We take a few teams at a time.

### What does migration support include?

It is $999 a month while you move: your templates rebuilt in Brew, contacts and unsubscribe lists imported, your triggers and automations recreated, and your sending domains verified and warmed up. We move teams from Mailchimp, HubSpot, Loops, Customer.io, SendGrid and others, and you can export your emails as HTML if you want to keep your current sender for a while.

### What are the terms?

Enterprise is billed monthly, with no annual commitment. Your plan runs on our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, with the Data Protection Addendum signed alongside it.

### What can we send our security and procurement team?

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Addendum, GDPR page and subprocessor list are all public at docs.brew.new/legal, and linked under Data privacy above. We sign the DPA with you, delete your data on request, and never use it to train AI models. If your team has a security questionnaire, send it over and we will fill it in.
