The project combines market data, news information, predefined risk rules and an AI model to generate proposed actions and, when specified conditions are satisfied, submit simulated orders. programmatically. The result was a LangGraph pipeline that runs every five minutes: technical signals from Alpaca market data, hard-coded risk checks against your paper account, news sentiment from a vector store, an LLM decision node, and programmatic execution through alpaca-py only if the risk node approves.
