Most projects get decided in the first two weeks, on the smallest amount of information anyone will have. A team tests two or three schemes, picks the one that survives the deadline, and carries it forward. The options that were never drawn stay unknown — including the one that would have penciled.

Generative design changes the arithmetic. Set the site, the program and the constraints that actually bind — setbacks, height limits, unit mix, parking ratios — and Arcol produces a field of valid schemes inside the same model you already work in. Not renderings to admire. Massing you can measure, edit and take to a client.
