Our latest product release meets work where it happens: stronger field capture on mobile, a smoother collaboration experience, and more ways to hand off busy work to AI. Here’s what’s available in the latest version of Revu (21.11):

Connect Revu to your AI agent of choice — Bluebeam Max subscribers can connect Revu to ChatGPT Codex via Model Context Protocol (MCP), or any other AI agent that supports local MCP. Pick whichever company-approved agent your team already knows to accelerate workflows in Bluebeam Revu without a learning curve.

Capture field conditions in the moment — On iOS, Tool Sets bring office markups into the field, and the Capture capability makes it simple to attach photos of field conditions straight to a markup. On Android, new Polyline and Polygon tools streamline tracing field conditions such as conduit, piping, and excavation zones, while Cloud+ lets you flag issues for the office in real time.

Catch more with Smart Review — Bluebeam Max subscribers can use Smart Review to flag plumbing fixture tags that appear in schedules but are missing from plan views.

Build Bluebeam skills faster — A new welcome page and in-product guidance help new users get oriented and find tools worth knowing, while a curated Learn Revu panel surfaces learning resources for workflows that fit how your team already works.

Collaborate in Studio with a more intuitive experience — Studio is where teams review and mark up the same documents together. See who's online at a glance, manage attendees and permissions more easily, and search or filter within Studio Sessions. Less time navigating, more time collaborating.
