BotpressWelcome

You're in

Agents that act, not answer.

Most support bots deflect and hand the hard part back to your team. A Botpress agent processes the refund, updates the account, and runs the multi-step workflow to the end.

Hi there — your workspace is ready. Here's the fastest path to a working agent today.

Three wins for day one

Each one takes minutes, not a sprint.

01

Build on the Botpress Engine

Define the workflow, the tools it can call, and the guardrails around it.

02

Ship it to the channels you already use

Webchat, WhatsApp and Slack — one agent, same behaviour everywhere.

03

Plug into your helpdesk

Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot or Salesforce — resolve in place, escalate cleanly.
