Hi there,

We've updated CloudCannon's Terms of Service, effective today. Nothing changes for most of you, but here's what's different and why:

Yesterday we shipped our developer platform upgrade: a CLI with local dev server, a REST API, a TypeScript SDK, and the Visual Editor API. (You can read the full announcement here.) All of that gives you far more programmatic access to CloudCannon than before, and our old terms were written well before any of it existed.

We've now clarified that automated access through our own tools is expected and supported. We've also added a section on excessive use, aimed at a small number of edge cases that have nothing to do with building websites. Don't worry, normal API use won't come close!
