We raised $106M for you — Series B1

Hi there,

We closed a $106M Series B1 at a $2.6B valuation. The financing mechanics are the least interesting part, so here is the part that matters: the money goes into underwriting capacity, more coverage lines in-house, and the AI systems that quote and pay your claims.

If you are already a customer, you were early. Thank you — you are the reason this round exists.

What changes for you

Three things you will feel first

More balance sheet behind our underwriting means more companies get bound same day instead of waiting on a market.

Coverage you used to source elsewhere keeps moving under one roof, on one policy system, with one team.

AI underwriting and claims, funded further

The same systems that read your data room and return an instant quote now get a bigger engineering budget — faster quotes, fewer questions, claims handled without the back-and-forth.
