AI-DISC26-session-highlights

Hi there,

AI is changing how adversaries operate, how vulnerabilities are discovered, and how defenders approach OT security. But what does that actually mean for the people protecting industrial environments?

At DISC 2026, we're going beyond the headlines and into the research, the limitations, and what defenders can do with what we're learning. Three sessions take it on from different angles:

Do You See What I See?: A Year of ICS Slopcode

Jimmy Wylie, Carolyn Ahlers & Sam Hanson · Malware Analysis & Capability Development

A look at AI-generated tooling targeting industrial environments and what it reveals about emerging threats.

Making AI Understand OT

Alex Larson · Senior Principal ML/AI Engineer

Why general-purpose AI falls short in industrial environments and what it takes to build AI that understands OT.

Adversarial AI

Garrett Bladow · Distinguished Engineer

How AI-assisted vulnerability research can be tested, challenged, and validated before findings reach defenders.

And that's just part of the agenda. At the 10th Annual Dragos Industrial Security Conference, Dragos threat hunters, researchers, incident responders, and engineers share the work shaping how we understand and defend industrial environments.

DISC is free and held exclusively for OT asset owners and operators. Register to join us.
