It's Nathan.

I'm looking to invest in 5 SaaS companies doing at least $1m in revenue.

In September alone, Founderpath committed $10m+ in new capital to founders who needed money without giving up ownership.

Many SaaS founders default to two doors:

a) VC

b) Banks

The VC market is booming, but for a very specific SaaS profile.

Carta's State of Private Markets report for Q1 2026 shows where the money went:

Startups on Carta raised $30.4b in Q1 2026, already ahead of last year's pace

Over 60 cents of every venture dollar went to AI companies, the highest share Carta has recorded. Inside SaaS, 83% of the capital went to AI startups

An AI foundational-model company at Series A raises at around a $300m median. A non-AI startup at the same stage sits at $55m

If you're running a B2B SaaS company at $1m to $10m in revenue, the pie got bigger, but your slice didn't.

VCs want your equity, the most expensive way to fund your SaaS:

Sell 20% for $1m, then exit at $50m. You left $10m on the table.

Banks don't take your equity, but they price it differently.

They ask for a personal guarantee

They underwrite profit, which means a growing SaaS company that reinvests everything looks like a bad loan.

In summary:

If you run a B2B SaaS company at $1m to $10m in revenue and you're not an AI company, you're raising from the 17% of SaaS capital that didn't go to AI.

Bank money comes with a personal guarantee.

I'm offering you another option:

Non-dilutive capital.

0 equity taken, no warrants, no board seats, no full personal guarantee

Funds in your account fast after you connect your data

We take a lien on business assets, and you can repay early without penalty

A few companies we've backed (out of 750):

Customers.ai, Larry Kim took $400k five business days after connecting his data, when revenue had flatlined at $1m. He rebuilt the product and says he raised his Series A at 10x the valuation.

BoomNow, Shahar Goldboim used our capital to strengthen his balance sheet before his raise, then closed $12.7m. He credits it for a higher valuation.

BetterComp took $1.75m and kept 100% of the company through that growth phase. In 2025 they closed a $33m Series A led by Ten Coves Capital.

ContactMonkey, Scott Pielsticker took $1m non-dilutive and got to $1m in revenue before raising any equity.

Monjur, Rob Scott took $750k with 0 equity taken. He spun it out of his law firm in 2022 and it now protects 1,000+ managed service providers.

Learning Explorer, Mark Rankovic took $2.5m with 0 equity taken. He owns exactly as much of the company today as he did before the deal.

The process is simple:

Apply for capital here.

Connect your billing, bank, and accounting data.

See your terms in under 5 minutes.

We work with 3 main funding options:

Revenue Financing: $1m to $3m revenue. Discount rates from 7%. Funded in 24 hours.

Term Loans: $3m+ revenue. Interest from 15%. Up to 4 years. No warrants.

Merchant Cash Advance: Seasonal cash flow. Repay from 5% of monthly sales.

Would you consider a deal like this?

Reply if you have any questions.

I'll get back to the first 10 founders who reply after my run.
