## Email content

Hey there

Event reminder: Today, Sept 17th, at 12pm PT, we're live on Discord with Emma Nedelcu, an eng manager from Meta & Amazon. She recently went through a job search herself, in the toughest hiring market in years.

She tracked her own search: 40 applications, 5 months, a spreadsheet, and a funnel that showed her exactly where she was losing ground (which wasn't where she expected).

Having been on both sides of the table, she'll share what she's learned: how to be visible and get in the door, how to position your experience so it lands, how to reach out to people who can help, and what hiring managers are really weighing.

Hope to see you there!
