Hi there,

Once you have your first workflow set up, you’re almost ready to send your first message.

Next, you'll need to provide the following data in your call to the Knock API:

recipients – The list of users to notify. You can trigger a workflow with an API call, an external event, or when a user enters an audience.

data – The variable data that will populate your notification templates. You can use the following sample data payload to get started.
