The new Email Metrics API is live, our ChatGPT / Codex integration is live, and Ian has joined us as our Product Educator.

Email Metrics API

Email Metrics API. Sample all-time totals: Opens 11,604 and Clicks 2,418.

An easy way for you or your agent to pull metrics for your email performance has been one of our top feature requests for too long and now it’s here!

You can now effortlessly access email metrics in your own reports, dashboards or agent. The new endpoints are available on both free and paid plans for every Loops team, including sends, deliveries, spam reports, as well as hard and soft bounces.

Try asking your agent:

Review the metrics for my last five sent campaigns in Loops. Compare click rates, open rates, flag high bounce rates, and then suggest three changes to test.

Integration

Loops in ChatGPT

Loops in Claude and Codex. Create, edit and review from your agent.

We introduced the Claude connector in August and today we're excited to introduce Loops in ChatGPT with our native integration. You can now work with campaigns, workflows, audiences and more from within the agent you already use.

Create a draft, update an email, or ask for a review of your workflows. My preferred way of working is opening Loops in the in-app browser in the app, then chatting and seeing the results come to life inside Loops.

Try asking your agent:

Evaluate my Loops setup against best practices for my business. Create three net new Workflows that could help us increase revenue, reduce churn and improve our conversion rate.

Ian just joined Loops as our first Product Educator, to help you get more out of Loops through content and onboarding.

Campaigns and transactional emails created through the API without a group now go into Unsorted.

Columns set to Reverse on mobile now render correctly in Outlook for Windows.

Added the ability to delete campaigns, workflows and transactional emails from their editor title menus.

Loops in Claude and Codex. Create, edit and review from your agent.

And bonus release, we spent some time polishing up the UI. Special shout out to Matt on our team who moved us over to a more unified color theme across both light and dark modes.

You should notice increased contrast in light mode and a warmer dark mode, among dozens of other small improvements!
