My name is Aylor, and I’m reaching out as a member of the Mailchimp Design Research team.

We love to hear from Mailchimp customers. Not only do we love to hear how Mailchimp fits into what you do, but the feedback we get helps us identify the needs of our customers and directly impact the new features and product improvements.

We are currently looking for new Mailchimp customers to participate in testing out and giving us real-time feedback on the onboarding experience. This session involves a 60-minute remote interview (via Zoom) with a researcher on our team.
