Hi Alex Reed,

We're writing to notify you of a new sub-processor.

As we continue to improve our platform, we have updated the list of Softr's sub-processors. To support the delivery of our Services, Softr Platforms GmbH may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data. In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), we are informing you about the use of a new sub-processor, Cloudflare, Inc., who will be responsible for hosting and routing of data. Data is generally processed in the Cloudflare data centre closest to the user. Processing outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the USA) cannot be excluded. Transfer basis: EU-US Data Privacy Framework / EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Sub-processor.

If you have any concerns or wish to exercise your right to object, please contact us within 14 days at support@softr.io.
