Your calendar could be lying to you.

Not about your meetings. About what you can actually finish.

You have ten hours of focused time this week. Your task list needs fourteen. Worse, the work due by Thursday needs nine hours, and you only have eight before then.

Ask AI to plan your week, and it might neatly arrange every task into a beautiful schedule. It looks productive. It is impossible.

Now imagine getting a different answer: “You can’t finish all of this. Here are the two decisions to make today before a deadline slips.”

That’s an AI assistant worth keeping.

Not one that floods you with reminders, pretends to know your calendar, or agrees with every ambitious plan. One that catches problems early, helps you choose what matters, and tells you what to do next.

Today, we’ll build exactly that. You’ll give ChatGPT a few clear instructions, test it against a crowded week, fix the schedule, and create a simple routine you can reuse.

No coding. No complicated apps. The basic version works in an ordinary chat.

And you’ll be able to tell whether it’s useful before trusting it with your own week...
