Then someone curious, perhaps someone like you, asked it a question that had nothing to do with its intended role: Can you write Python code? The chatbot did. At first, that may sound impressive. But it revealed a deeper problem. The system had been introduced as a focused assistant, yet it could easily step outside the job it was supposed to perform.
