Hi there,

Folks who are new to Todoist sometimes wonder “am I doing this right?!” But here’s the truth – there’s no wrong way to use Todoist.

What helps most is capturing tasks as soon as they pop into your head. That’s why we’ve made Todoist available everywhere you work – your phone, desktop, web browser, email, and even your smart watch.

When your tasks are in Todoist instead of your head, everything else becomes clearer.

Productively,
