Hi there,

Last Thursday, 07.16.2026, between 08:42 UTC and 11:30 UTC, some users were unable to reach uploadcare.com and the Uploadcare dashboard. The issue was resolved at 11:30 UTC.

What happened: the disruption was caused by an issue with Amazon CloudFront, which serves our website and dashboard. Service was restored once the underlying provider issue was resolved, and we confirmed all systems were back to normal.

What was not affected: your file infrastructure. The Upload API, REST API, CDN delivery, webhooks, and all processing engines operated normally throughout. No files, uploads, or delivery were impacted at any point.

You can always follow live service status at status.uploadcare.com, and subscribe there for email or Slack notifications on future incidents.
