Day 120. Webinars: unlocked.

I hosted my first webinar. Fourteen subscribers registered. Nine attended. One asked a question I could not immediately answer. They became a customer.

Two things made the difference: a standalone invitation email (instead of a newsletter mention), and one sentence noting that a recording would be available.

I did not expect this to feel meaningful.
