Did you know that the Split Test node in workflows isn't just for A/B tests?

It's a random group generator, splitting users into up to 5 paths at whatever percentages you choose.

Split testing is the obvious use: create different user journeys, then compare using email metrics or conversion goals. Classic.

But you can also use it to throttle and randomize other things:

Throttle early access. Use a trigger that would fire immediately for everyone who requested an invite. Create several branches, and assign different time delays.

Throttle quarterly review calls (so that your calendar doesn't go insane). Use a calendar-based recurring trigger, then randomly split customers and assign different time delays for each branch.

Address a portion of your user database. E.g. for beta testing a specific feature.
