Hi there,

The AI workshop is tomorrow, Tuesday August 25 at 15:00 CEST (9AM ET). It runs three hours, hands-on, in a codebase you know, with whatever agent you run.

Here's the short version if you're new to it. Your agent moves fast, and it makes a lot of your design decisions for you while it does. Tomorrow is about making those the calls you direct, not the ones you inherit.

It's hands-on, so I put together a short prep guide. It covers which tools to have installed, which repo to pull down, and a quick look at the exercises. Five to ten minutes, tops. It's a head start if you want one, not homework. You can come and just watch, or set up once we're live, though you might be tight on time.

There's one more reason to be in the room. Near the end, I've got an announcement about the AI certification, and the room hears it first.
