Hi there,

We're live. Graham Thompson, our Head of GTM, is walking through Account Observatory right now. It's the internal tool our GTM team built on one Postgres database, so we notice sooner when a new customer is stuck.

He shows how it's built, how anyone on the team changes it on a database branch with a copy of the live data, and how a change reaches the live tool through a pull request. 30 minutes, then your questions.

Can't make it now? Same link later, the recording stays there.
