From leads to pipeline
Tag leads, filter them and make follow-ups effortless
Hi John,
By now, you’ve got leads coming in, so let's discuss working with them. Think of involve me as a lightweight CRM for everything your funnels collect.
Why it matters:
Nothing slips: see who’s new, who replied, who needs a nudge.
Faster handoff: teams get full context, like contact preferences, outcome.
Campaign-ready: segment by tags = precise nurture, not batch-and-blast.
1. View your leads
Today’s focus is simple: open Leads and turn a list of names into a clean, working pipeline.
Leads are added as contacts automatically when filling out forms in your funnels. You can also import contacts via file upload or copy-paste, and delete them individually or in bulk. Managing contacts is easy by searching via email, adding or removing tags (individually or in bulk) and filtering by tags.
2. Manage your leads
Adding tags enables you to organise contacts into actionable segments. By applying clear tags individually or in bulk, you can quickly filter lists, target follow-ups, and trigger the right journeys without needing to export data to other tools.
Pro tip: tag leads by intent (e.g., "Needs demo"), source ("Google Ads"), fit ("ICP match"), or lifecycle stage ("New lead"). This makes it easy to prioritise outreach, personalise messages, and hand off context to teammates. Tags also improve reporting by allowing you to compare performance by segment and keep your database clean as the volume grows.
3. View & edit individual contact details
You can gain more insights about your individual leads by clicking on them in the Manage Leads overview list. This will open the contact details card where you can see the timeline of interactions across the entire contact's journey, their aggregated personal data, tags and metrics.
Pro tip: From a funnel's Analytics go to the Responses tab, click "manage tags" in a submission's Personal Data section. This opens the Contacts Manager with that specific contact selected, and by clicking their email you can jump straight to the Contact Card view.
4. Set up notifications for new leads
Turn on participant email notifications to get an instant alert when new users complete your funnel, so you can follow up quickly without checking Analytics. Each notification includes the user's details and their answers (plus score/outcome if applicable), and you can choose who receives these alerts per project to keep the right people in the loop.
Pro tip: If you prefer real-time alerts in your workspace instead of your inbox, connect Slack to post new submissions directly to a channel. Handy for sales handoffs or team visibility.
5. Organize your funnels in workspaces
If you manage more than one client, brand or project, Workspaces keep everything organized: funnels, collaborators and user permissions. Think of a workspace as a separate "account" for each client, team, or project, so editing, access, and reporting stay clearly separated.
To set it up, create a workspace from your dashboard, move or create the client's funnels inside it, and invite the right teammates with the proper access.
Result: clearer pipelines, cleaner tags, and easier handoffs.
Try this now: Import your contacts
If you didn't yet generate leads through involve me you can upload your existing contacts by going to Leads and clicking Import contacts. You'll be able to upload a file with multiple contacts or copy & paste individual ones, then apply tags to contacts from each upload, so you can segment your audience. Once your contacts are in involve me, you can invite certain segments to specific funnels by sending them targeted emails from our platform.
Import your contacts
If you need help message us and we will walk you through it.
Tomorrow we’ll let the data speak as we dive into Analytics to see what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.
Best regards,
Megan
