Only a handful of form builders have made the list so far: Tally is now a verified connector in Claude and an official plugin in ChatGPT. Why does this matter? Because forms shouldn’t force you to switch tools or change habits. We want Tally to quietly fit into the way you already work.
You can now build and analyze forms straight from your preferred AI assistant, import any file and turn it into a form, and get a heads-up the moment any integration breaks. We're also hosting our next Office Hours and are stepping out from behind our screens this fall with meetups in Berlin and Kuala Lumpur.
Here's what's new.
Official Tally plugin in ChatGPT
You can now connect Tally straight from ChatGPT, no manual setup required. Open Plugins, search for Tally, and install. From there, describe the form you need and ChatGPT builds it, questions, logic, and design included. Pull submissions into the chat any time you want to summarize feedback, spot trends or compare completion rates.
Verified Tally connector in Claude
Tally is now available as a verified connector in Claude. Go to Customize → Connectors → Browse connectors, search for Tally, and connect. Describe the form you need and Claude builds it for you, then pull submissions straight into the chat to summarize feedback, spot trends, or compare completion rates.
Import your forms from files
Upload a PDF,image or screenshot, JSON, CSV, Markdown or Word file, and Tally turns it into an editable draft form. Upload several at once and each one becomes its own draft, ready to review in your workspace.
Email notifications for failed integrations
If an integration starts failing (an expired token, a deleted destination, a rate limit), you'll now get an email the moment it happens, with the reason and a direct link to fix it. Covers Webhooks, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, and Linear.
