■ FROM US
COMING SOON
Listing Studio Pro is almost here.
We know spring and summer are the busiest times of year for your business, and doing a full marketing rollout for a new listing takes time you don’t have. So we’re introducing Listing Studio Pro.
Send us your listing and your social accounts. Within 24 hours, you’ll get a branded landing page, social posts ready to publish, and an email blast ready to go. No ad accounts to manage. No design calls. Submit the listing and we take it from there.

The Walker Team has been a Curaytor client for years, and this is exactly the kind of thing we love seeing from them. They saw Bieber’s Coachella set trending and made it about their listing.
Staying visible on social doesn’t always mean producing content from scratch. Knowing what everyone’s talking about and finding your angle is half the job. The agents who stay tapped into culture are the ones who show up in people’s feeds between listings.
■ WHAT’S NEW IN SOCIAL
01
Instagram’s “Your Algorithm” now covers Explore
Instagram expanded its “Your Algorithm” tool to the Explore page on April 18. Previously it only applied to Reels. Now users can customize which topics they want to see more of across both major discovery surfaces in the app. For agents, this means consistent topic signals in your content (your market, your neighborhood, buyer and seller education) carry real weight in whether new audiences find you.
02
You can now edit Instagram comments
Instagram added comment editing on April 9. You have a 15-minute window to fix a typo or reword something after you post. Image elements in comments stay locked, but text is editable. Small update, genuinely useful.
03
Portrait format is now Instagram’s default
Instagram’s recommended format for 2026 is centered on the 4:5 portrait ratio. That means 1080 x 1350 pixels is the safest default for posts to display correctly in both the feed and the profile grid. Square posts still work, but they display smaller and give your content less screen presence. If your listing graphics are still built in square format, you’re leaving screen space on the table. 1080 x 1350 px is the number to remember.
■ BY THE NUMBERS
96%
of homebuyers now start their search online. Make sure you’re what they find.
71%
of buyers are more likely to work with agents who have a strong social presence. The decision is often made before anyone picks up the phone.
40%
HIGHER
email marketing converts vs. social media. Your feed gets you seen. Your inbox is where people act.
