👀Sneak peek at today's newsletter:
In this newsletter we're talking feature requests, frogs, and the bigger simplicity push we've got planned for 2026. Read on for a scavenger hunt, a sneak peek at what's coming, and a customer thread worth checking out.
🐸We take your feature requests seriously (even the silly ones)

Read on to learn more about a frog-themed scavenger hunt!
Have you ever wondered what happens when you ask us for a new feature?
If you bring up an idea that isn't already on our list, we discuss it as a full company. (We do this every single week!) As a bootstrapped company that doesn't have to answer to outside investors, our discussions revolve around how we can make you happy. Every idea gets weighed against the others on things like frequency, complexity, design work, and our commitment to simplicity.
Every once in a while, though, a request comes in that's less about the product and more about having a little fun. It was a Friday afternoon when a customer asked if we could hide a "secret frog" in the CRM. This wasn't really a feature request in the usual sense, so it didn't go through the normal prioritization process. The whole team was so charmed that our developers snuck a secret frog emoji into the CRM in a matter of minutes.
In honor of being a company with a very silly name, I have a very silly scavenger hunt for you: the first ten customers who find the hidden frog get $15 off their next CRM bill.
If you find it, let me know where on the form. (The form will say submissions closed once we reach ten.)
🐸Happy frogging!
Hop to this form to let me know you found the frog!

While adding new features (and frogs!) is great, LACRM has been around for 16 years. And this year, we decided it's also important to address the aspects of the CRM that confuse people.
Our primary focus will be finding ways to make using the CRM more intuitive, seamless, and easy. For example, customers often think their contacts got duplicated because contacts and companies show up in the same list. Little points of confusion like that have built up over the years, and we want to clean them up.
As always, these ideas didn't come out of nowhere. They came from countless conversations with customers over the years.
Check out our CEO Tyler's video for more details on what's to come with simplicity for LACRM. Let us know what you think in the comments on the forum!
