Hi there!

There are two important updates to Baserow Cloud that we’d like to share with you.

Automation Credits:

During the beta period, Baserow Cloud automations were available without usage limits. As we move beyond this phase, monthly automation credit limits will take effect starting in August 2026.

One automation credit is used each time a credit-consuming workflow action is completed. For example, a workflow that updates a row, sends an email, and posts a Slack message uses three credits each time it runs.

Some utility actions do not consume credits. However, when an action is repeated within a loop, it consumes one credit each time it runs.

Each workspace includes:

- Free: 2,000 credits/month

- Premium: 100,000 credits/month

- Advanced: 500,000 credits/month

- Enterprise: 2,000,000 credits/month

These limits apply only to Baserow Cloud. Self-hosted instances continue to have unlimited automation usage.

Cloud Infrastructure:

We’re moving our cloud infrastructure from AWS to Hetzner, a European infrastructure provider. The core Baserow Cloud platform is already running on Hetzner, with only uploaded user files remaining to be migrated from AWS.

This transition supports our continued focus on providing a reliable and scalable cloud experience. We’ve updated our subprocessor list to reflect the transition, while all other subprocessors remain unchanged. No action is required from you.
