Hi John,
Michael from Less Annoying CRM here. Did you know that over half of all CRM installations fail? Seriously, it's true.
The #1 reason why they fail? Poor adoption.
CRMs don't fail because they lack features… they fail because they're so complicated and hard to use that people just give up.
At Less Annoying CRM, we have a saying: the best CRM is the one you'll actually use. We strive to make it so easy and enjoyable to use, that it’s almost impossible to fail.
Here’s how to make LACRM stick:
1. Make it a habit
For the next week, try making the CRM a part of your daily routine. Every time you talk to a customer, log in and enter a note about it. Sync your calendar and create tasks to followup with leads or get back to customers about a project so you receive our daily agenda emails.

2. Make it your source of truth
During the first month, it’s tempting to go back to your old tools (spreadsheets, post-it notes, etc.), but if you make an effort to keep everything in the CRM, it will end up being much more helpful and easier to use.

3. Train your team members
A CRM is only as good as its users. Make sure to train your team members on how to use the CRM effectively. The more they know, the more they'll use it, and the more value you'll get out of it. Bookmark our Help Center or schedule a group call to get everyone up to speed.

4. Integrate it
Integrate your CRM with your website, email, and other tools you use. This will ensure all your data is in one place, making it easier to manage and more powerful.
