This is what you've been missing in Dash

Hi John,
You signed up to hear from Dash a while back, so here's a catch-up on what we've been building.
Quick refresher first: Dash is where fast-growing ecommerce brands keep all their images, video and brand files. It's one tidy, searchable home, instead of scattered Drive folders, half-named files and expired WeTransfer links. Since you last looked, we've made it do a good deal more.
1. Speed up Shopify product launches
If you sell on Shopify, this is the big one. You can now update your Shopify products directly from Dash: send images straight to your product pages without downloading and re-uploading a thing.
Upload hundreds of product shots in one go, Dash matches each asset to the right product by its SKU and updates your PLPs for you.

2. Set when new assets get released
You can now set a release date on an asset. If someone tries to download or share it before it's ready, Dash gives them a heads-up.
This is handy for if you want to share product content with retailers before release.

3. See an asset's version history
Dash already keeps every version of an asset in one place. But now you can now see a preview of every past version, not just the latest.
So if you need to roll back to an earlier cut, like last season's artwork or a previous logo lockup, you can spot the right one at a glance instead of opening files one by one to check.

And that's not all... here are some more improvements
Send your own uploads for approval — even if you're one of the people who signs off assets, you can now submit assets you upload for sign-off by another approver.
Anyone on your team can create a portal — not just admins, so partner libraries are quicker to set up.
Use an asset's title as its filename — downloads can keep the proper title instead of a random string of numbers.
Contributors can manage folders — team members with contributor access can now rename and move folders, not just add to them.

Hopefully you can see you're missing out by not having a tool like Dash in your tech stack. It's the best way to rid yourself of the content chaos of Google Drive, Dropbox and SharePoint. And it's super affordable compared with some enterprise DAM vendors. 👀 You can book a demo with a member of our team, who can show you around the platform.
Or, take a 14-day trial, no credit card required!
