Today I want to introduce you to one of the most powerful features of Less Annoying CRM: Pipelines.

Pipelines are customizable workflow tracking tools, and they help you track your sales, projects, and any other processes in an organized way.

Creating a new pipeline

Hover over "Settings" in the navigation bar and select "Pipelines."

Click on “Create another pipeline” and start from scratch, from a template, or copy an existing pipeline.

Click on “Create a new status” to add statuses that represent the major steps of your process.

Click on “Create a new custom pipeline field” to add any custom fields you need to track specific information.

With your new customized pipeline, staying on top of everything in your business just got easier. 🎉

Tips for productive pipelines

Avoid creating a new pipeline for every product or project. The simpler your pipelines, the easier they will be to maintain.

Customize pipeline and status names to match the terms your team uses.

Make sure to account for your reporting needs when creating customized statuses and fields to track that information.

Use statuses within a single pipeline to track progress instead of creating separate pipelines for each stage of a process.
