There are various ways that you can find out why a particular app instance was rejected by Approov. Firstly, you can see the aggregate of all the live failures in the metrics. Secondly, each Approov token contains a unique ARC code that provides information about the causes of failures without revealing this to the mobile app itself. It can only be decoded if you have access to the Approov account. If you wish though, rejection reasons can be enabled so that the cause for any rejection can be shown directly in the app.
