Summer is here! It usually means a slower pace, which is perfect for a mid-year reset, plus a season of events where your forms can pull in new leads.
π The mid-year reset
Set aside time on your calendar to check in on your 2026 goals.
Believe it or not, we're almost halfway through 2026. Back in January we shared some New Year's resolutions for small business owners, and if you're like most of us, a few of those goals got buried under the day-to-day.
The good news is you still have half the year left, and the summer slowdown is a perfect time to regroup. Here's a 15-minute reset you can do right in your CRM:
π Scan your pipeline. Open board view and look for deals that have been sitting in the same column too long. A quick follow-up task can revive most of them.
π§Ή Clear out stale tasks. If a task has been rolling over since March, knock it out, give it a realistic new date, or delete it guilt-free.
π― Recommit to one goal. Pick the resolution that matters most and create one concrete task for it with a real due date this week.
We're also doing a mid-year check-in over on the forum. Come tell us how your 2026 goals are going, including the ones that didn't survive February.

βοΈ Summer leads don't belong on napkins
Show up to your next summer event with a form
Summer means trade shows, fairs, and networking events. It can also mean leads scribbled on napkins and business cards lost in pockets.
Instead of chasing down napkins later, build a form once and every lead goes straight into your CRM. A few examples of events where forms come in handy this summer:
π± Landscaper at a home and garden show: Capture leads on a tablet with notes like "wants backyard redesign" before they walk away from the booth.
π Wedding photographer at a bridal expo: Couples fill out your form with their date and venue, and you leave with a pipeline of booked consultations instead of a fishbowl of business cards.
π Realtor at a summer open house: Visitors sign in on a tablet form, so every walk-in becomes a contact with notes on what they're looking for.
Bonus: pair a form with an automation that adds these leads to a pipeline and creates a follow-up task.
