A few big features shipped that work together: Lead Magnets (a big upgrade to Resources), a Leads table in the platform, and massive improvements to member analytics. All to help you grow faster on Heartbeat.

Lead magnets to capture interest & grow revenue

People don't always join the first time they find you. With Lead Magnets, your resources, guides, and replays become public assets you can share.

Make them free, email-gated, or a one-time paid unlock. This builds a real step between "never heard of you" & "paying member" that you can continue to nurture. We've also made Resources (fka Documents) easier to keep organized as you publish more: folders can now nest inside folders.

Find it under Resources > Publish.

Every email you've collected through a Resource, a Sign Up Link, or an event RSVP finally lives in one place, your new Leads Table.

Each lead is sorted into Onboarding, Hot, Warm, or Cold based on what they've actually done, and the groups keep themselves updated as behavior changes.

This way, you always know who's worth a personal follow-up or extra nudge!

Finally, you have minute-by-minute visibility on how your members are doing. Every post, comment, lesson, RSVP & purchase they've made shows up on one page, with a powerful search bar right above it.

A 12-month activity heat-map sits up top, so someone quiet but consistent doesn't disappear into the noise, plus a direct link to their Stripe history if they've ever paid you.

Find it by clicking into any member from Settings > People.

PDFs in Resources stopped expiring

Links to PDFs in migrated documents were timing out with an access-denied error. Fixed for good.

Heartbeat now works in Vietnamese

Communities can now run entirely in Vietnamese, alongside all the languages we added earlier this year.

Quick fixes

Native Video re-purchases. Fixed issue w/ Native video upgrades not applying properly.

Improved Ad tracking on desktop. Improved accuracy for firing "start checkout" and purchase events on different devices & platforms.

Adding actions to a Workflow. The "Add Action" button wasn't displaying its options on screen for workflows with multiple actions.

Fixed bug with mobile @mentions. Mention search was acting up. Fixed.

Inviting members to group chats. Was broken for some admins. Fixed.

Course completion checkmarks on mobile. Wasn't appearing properly; fixed.

Waitlist "Active" members list. Was cut off & hid 3-dot menu for some entries.

Zoom recordings auto-attaching to events. Now a toggle, instead of happening whether you want it or not.

Added Promo codes in the Change Plan modal. You can now apply one there, not just at initial checkout.

Fixed issue with large images breaking Custom Landing Pages. Only applied to images between 3.9–5.0MB, now fixed.
