Find the friction, then let Chameleon act on it
Explore Interactive Demo
Your Dashboard looks different this month, and Chameleon evolved into a Self-Improving Product System that does more work for you.
Nothing you've built has moved or changed; same Experiences, same Segments, same styles on a shorter path.
The short version
π§ A new Dashboard. Copilot is where
you land, Insights is new, and everything you build now sits under Guidance.
π Compass and Prism are switched on. Behavioral signals and Adaptive Microsurveys, no waitlist.
π€ Ranger clears its own
queue. Turn Autopilot on per job and it works through the obvious ones itself.
β¨ Plus: Light and Dark
Themes, a sharper Smart delay, and Microsurveys you can share by link.
π Or skip ahead and see it all in an Interactive Demo.
Open your Dashboard to results, not more work
We grouped everything by the job you're doing rather than the format you're doing it in. Here's what moved.
Copilot is where you land, with your chats, the suggestions it has
prepared, and your Scheduled Tasks on the first screen. Describe a
standing job once, choose a cadence, and Copilot runs it without being asked again. Every run keeps its own conversation, so you can reopen a past one
and carry on.
Copilot Home
Psst, if your Dashboard still looks familiar, this is rolling out to you over the next few weeks.
Insights is a new section where your product talks
back: a dashboard of metrics you arrange yourself, a Sessions feed narrating what individual users did, a Friction tab for where they struggled, and
Ranger's findings, moved over from Governance.
Everything you show your users now sits on one page. A campaign running a Tour, a Banner, and a Launcher appears as a single body of work
under Guidance, with Microsurveys, Demos, and HelpBar alongside.
Guidance page
Governance picks up your account activity and Copilot's, now called Logs. AI Customization has become Product Context, six tabs where you teach Chameleon your product
once instead of re-explaining it in every conversation. The Memory tab stores standing rules that Copilot carries into every chat.

everything lives, or see an Interactive Demo.
Compass knows what users did, Prism asks them why
Copilot builds, Ranger tidies, and as of this month, Compass and Prism are working too.
Compass reads how users move
through your product. It recaps what each one did and where they got stuck, rolls that up to the company level, and surfaces the friction worth acting
on. Those recaps feed the Sessions and Friction tabs on Insights, and they feed Copilot, so when you ask what to build next, the answer comes from your
own usage.
Compass
Prism adapts what people see as they
see it, starting with Adaptive Microsurveys. Everyone gets
the same first question, then the follow-up is generated based on their answer, so a detractor and a promoter aren't handed the same next step.
Prism
Both agents run on AI credits, and there's already a starting balance on your account that doesn't expire. The Credits page under
Account shows what's being used and lets you switch each capability on or off. Compass's Profile Summaries are already on; Session Summaries need an
Account Admin to enable them.
Ranger clears its own queue now
Ranger can accept its own suggestions.
Autopilot is a per-job toggle, off until you turn it on. Switch it on for jobs with an obvious right answer, like standardizing naming or unpublishing
Experiences nobody has touched in months, and that queue will clear itself. Any automatically applied
changes can be reversed in Ranger's Activity log.
Ranger also checks your Themes for accessibility. It audits colors and font size against WCAG 2.1 and suggests replacements that
pass, with a before-and-after preview on the Theme card.

Spotlight on other improvements
π Light and Dark mode for Themes: one
Theme can carry two palettes, switched by a user property or by a CSS selector on your own page.
β±οΈ Smarter Smart delay: it starts watching
sooner, waits for a real 8-second pause instead of 4, and counts scrolling and typing as activity.
π Launcher sections can be accordions: set a
section to expand in place instead of paging into a new screen.
π Share a Microsurvey by link: the
same ?chmln= mechanism as sharing a Walkthrough Tour, so you can send an NPS survey by email and still tie every response
to a signed-in user.
π Filter Microsurvey responses by your own
data: slice results by the user properties and events you actually track, not just the built-in set.
