90GB data migration in google drives

I am using rclone first time. I am transferring 90GB data from old google drive account's my drive to a new account's shared drive using VPS Hetzner. It ran for 2 weeks (pass 1) and showed 90GB transferred but it was still going on. I mistakenly did Ctrl+C and it stopped. I ran for another pass (pass 2) and stopped it after 23 hours as the ETA was showing 0, thinking that the transfer was done. I am running the final pass now and it shows the below progress. I need to know how long it will take to finish the transfer or is it transferring the same files again. Should I stop it now or how to make it run faster? Please help, I need to report to my client asap.

Cannot use the proton drive remote

The proton drive remote is not functioning for me. I've tried the stable version of rclone 1.74.0 and the beta version rclone v1.75.0-beta.9822.59c86b01b. In both instances, I have simply created the remote via rclone config, filled in the username, password, 2 factor auth code and the OTP key, and then ran rclone lsd proton: all while the 2fa code that I inputted earlier into the config was still valid.

What is the problem you are having with rclone?
I needed optimized rclone copy command to speed up the server side copies from one bucket to another new bucket (completely new). I do not want to list/head on the destination side, since i knew that is completely new. Itseems these server side copies are slow due to listings . Please suggest
